Nestory began with a simple belief: beautiful furniture deserves a second life — and a new home to belong to.

Our story starts in the Cotswolds, where our founder, Marie, grew up surrounded by old things with soul — hand-me-down armchairs, creaky dressers, and Sunday mornings spent at antique markets with her grandfather. Years later, after a career in interior styling and a house move that involved a lot of trial-and-error furniture hunting, Marie saw an opportunity to make vintage shopping easier, more personal, and more accessible — without sacrificing the thrill of discovery.

Nestory was born online in 2020, right from her flat in Bristol — one carefully sourced Danish teak coffee table at a time. What began as a side project has grown into a curated digital destination for vintage furniture lovers across the UK.

Though we don’t have a physical showroom, our facilities — from storage to photography to restoration — are all UK-based. That means everything you see has been hand-picked, cleaned, and cared for by our small team of restorers and curators before making its way to your doorstep.

We specialise in vintage pieces from the 50s through the 80s — timeless, functional, and full of charm. Each item is chosen for its quality, character, and the unique story it carries. No mass production. No flat packs. Just furniture with a past, ready for your future.
